Process

​

• Develop customised Annual Audit Plan

• Identify resource requirements to execute the Annual Audit Plan

• Submit Annual Audit Plan and quote to client

• Agree on the work that needs to be done

• Amend quote if required

• Use Governance Assist resource pool to deliver the projects included in the Annual Audit Plan

• Agree on reporting format with management and the Audit Committee

• Periodically report results to management and the Audit Committee

 

Outcome

• Capture information on Internal Audit Assist required to meet the IIA standards

• Reports on the projects included in the Annual Audit Plan

• Periodic Audit Committee reporting
