Define KPIs for each staff member in the Internal Audit function based on the action plans and strategy

Discuss job descriptions and KPI’s with the Chief Audit Executive

Amend KPIs and job descriptions where necessary

Populate the Organisational Performance Assist module if you are subscribed to the Action Assist suite
