Job Activities Library
Overview of the Job Activities Library Module:
This module is a requirement if the subscriber cascades their performance management process all the way down to general workers and the performance manager does not want to recapture the required job activities for all employees more than 1 (one) time. The Job Activities Library acts as a central repository of all the required job activities per sub-function for the organisation. This information is useful for organisations that would like to cascade performance down to the lower levels of employees within their organisation. By using the data from the library the performance manager can build individual performance scorecards by selecting the required action(s) to be included in the performance scorecard from the sub-function filter dropdown list. The module facilitates the capture of SMART activities for each of the administrator defined sub-functions.
The high-level process flow of the Job Activities Library is as follows:
-
The module administrator defines the module setup and required user access;
-
Users with the correct level of user access will be able to build job Functions, job Sub-Functions and add new Actions to the Sub-Functions;
-
Users with the correct level of user access will be able to edit job Functions, job Sub-Functions and Actions included in the database;
-
