Document based assessment of KPIs against strategic objectives and action plans supported by one-on-one meetings and interactive workshops where necessary

Navigate Change workshops to support instances where significant realignment is needed

 

Process

  • Obtain copies of all KPIs that relate to the organisation, division, department or business unit

  • Obtain copy of the strategy and action plans

  • Review the KPIs with the purpose of identifying KPIs that may hinder effective and efficient delivery of the strategy and action plans

  • Review the KPIs with the purpose of identifying missing KPIs that may result in strategy and action plans not being delivered as expected

  • Confirm observed misalignment with stakeholders

  • Develop recommendations and action plans for changes to KPIs

  • Agree recommendations and action plans with stakeholders

 

Outcome

  • Gap analysis between strategy and KPIs

  • Approved recommendations to remediate the identified KPI misalignment

  • Approved action plans to implement recommendations
