Legislation Library
Overview of the Legislation Library Module:
The Legislation Library acts as a central repository of all the legislation, regulations, guidelines etc. required by the subscriber for the measurement of compliance within the organisation. The library administrator can set the library defaults according to the needs of the organisation and the authorised users have the functionality to capture the relevant legislation, regulations, guidelines etc details into the system. For each legislation, regulation or guideline captured, the module allows for the capturing of the actual legal sections, a description of the sections, the deliverables required as a result of the section and the possible sanction(s) if the section(s) are not complied with. This module is a requirement if the subscriber wants to link legislation sections to either Risks of Hazards built in the Risk Assist module.
