Robert is a CA (SA) and has more than 25 years consulting experience in business transformation. He has accumulated extensive knowledge and experience in managing professional services firms and has a wide array of functional, technical and management experience and has led projects in Business Architecture, Systems Design and Implementation, Strategy, Business Planning and Budgeting, Transformation and Change Management in both the Private and Public Sectors.

Janet has experience in business improvement, and systems design, development and implementation. Janet has designed, developed and maintained systems to facilitate online collaboration and information sharing between users and various service providers as well as manage databases to facilitate the sharing of information through web-based systems. Janet has designed, developed and maintained internet websites, local intranet websites and a local secure website for a top legal firm. Janet is one of the founding directors of Action iT (Pty) Ltd and is responsible for all the programming activities around Action Assist.

Zimasa has over 13 years in providing professional services to the South African public sector. She shifted her career as an internal auditor and focused on providing consulting services to public sector clients within the performance management space. It is within this field that she found her passion and she decided to focus her career on assisting public sector institutions with implementing credible performance management solutions, focusing on both the organisational and individual aspects. She brings with her a wealth of knowledge and expertise in performance management, internal audit, risk management, public sector policy and finance.

Larry is a CA that has extensive knowledge of various aspects in Financial Management. He was previously a manager at PwC where he worked for many years. Larry has experience in, to name a few, Strategy and Financial Consulting, Internal and Assurance/External Audit, Asset Management and Performance Management (including the use of Action Assist.) He is currently a consultant for Action iT Performance.

Louisa has been implementing Performance Management Systems in the public and private sector with over 13 experience.
Louisa has a BA Degree in Social Science has experience in facilitating strategic planning sessions, compiling strategic plans, developing of SDBIP and IDP Chapters, developing of Performance Agreements, conducting assessments, compiling performance reports, and in monitoring and evaluation. Louisa has been tasked with the responsibility of building and maintaining client relationships.

Frieda has a Masters Degree in Development Studies and has obtained extensive knowledge of Performance Management Systems in a municipal environment over the last 15 years. Her roles have included Data Specialist at GTZ (Lesotho), PIMS Planner at Mopani District Municipality and PMS Officer at Greater Tzaneen Municipality. One of Frieda's main focuses includes the Development and Management of the Performance Management System and integration with the IDP.

Sergio is pursuing a Diploma in Public Administration and Governance. He has excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Sergio oversees our Helpdesk Support Unit and is a specialist in system support on our performance management system. He has experience in areas such as system manual writing, system testing, setting up and constructing SDBIPs and performance plans, user training and assistance, and effective administrative support. Sergio has been tasked with the responsibility of building and maintaining client relationship.

Sondelani has obtained a qualification in
Information Systems Engineering and is skilled as a System Developer for AIT.
He joined the team in 2020 and has contributed to several modules. He currently takes development lead of Employee Assist, Risk Assist & Task Assist modules to name a few. His experience includes playing the role of Task Master in one of our projects.

Akanyang He has over 10 years’ experience in the public sector work with 6 years management experience and a wealth of Internal Audit, Risk Management and Accounting/ Finance knowledge including the PFMA, MFMA, Treasury/ Public Service Regulations, Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditors, GRAP Standards and other related legislation. Akanyang is also a member of the South African Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) and currently studying towards a CGAP- IIA qualification.
Nkulueko completed his qualification in Human Resources Management, focusing on Personnel Management, Entrepreneurship and Business Management. He is currently working on the creation and updating user manuals as well as on the modules that Action iT offer. Nkululeko's strengths include problem solving, communication and negotiation.
Ryan Klein

Ryan completed a B.Com Degree majoring in Finance and Accounting. Ryan is currently working on the development of the Klein Begin Retirement Village which forms part of Action iT Investments.
Following the completion of her undergrad studies at San Francisco State University, Jeannie’s return to SA saw her completing her Masters at Rhodes followed by a position as election monitor trainer for the Independent Electoral Commission during South Africa’s first democratic election. She spent the next years working in the US and UK in various positions in market research, project management and emergency dispatch services. A move to the Eastern Cape saw her taking up a position at Deloitte Human Capital Corporation as HR Consultant specialising in learning & development, facilitation as well as pay and reward consulting. Her promotion to Manager at their Johannesburg branch rounded off her generalist HR experience with a year in the Benchmarking Division.
A desire to have her own business that combines big-outfit outcomes with small-outfit flexibility and affordability, led to her joining forces with Natalie in establishing Solutions Connect Africa.

Patricia has a B.Com degree and has extensive experience as a Financial Manager. She is responsible for the all the operational, financial and human resource process within Action iT. Patricia has also taken on the responsibility of taking on the administrative support function to the Investec Cash Management offering.
Ethyn Arrow
Ethyn has obtained a BSc degree in Computer Science. Coupled with his creativity, problem solving ability and general curiosity makes him a good fit for the ActionIT developer team.
Ethyn has mainly been using python but is keen on using and learning other software related tools to fulfil his role as our junior systems developer

Liesl is the CEO of Action iT GRC, a CA(SA) and an MBA (Executive) Candidate at UCT. She is currently busy with her studies to qualify as a Certified Director with IoDSA. With her more than 30 years’ experience in various governance fields, being a CAE for 8 years and having had a seat at the Exco and Manco tables, she is well positioned to offer CAE’s counsel in setting up and running their teams and in the tough challenges and decisions they face. Liesl has also facilitated numerous strategy and risk assessment workshops.

Johannes is a CA(SA) who has also passed the CISA and BEE accreditation exams. He gained his experience in South Africa, Africa and the UK and is a specialist in IT audit, risk management and business continuity management. Having been a member of senior leadership teams for 10 years, he brings with him a wealth of operational, assurance and risk knowledge and expertise. He is well-positioned to support executives and senior managers in the Internal Audit, Risk Management and BCM functions. He is a competent management consultant, project manager and workshop facilitator. Amongst others, he has facilitated strategy workshops, developed Risk and Control frameworks, developed strategies and business plans, and advised internal audit functions on their structure, audit methodologies and good practice.
