The establishment of Action iT Performance originated as a natural progression from Action iT (Pty) Ltd, which was originally formed with the purpose for the development and commercialisation of web-based organisational and individual performance and operational management solutions.
Action iT Performance was registered in 2020, establishing its base in Cape Town. The company is mostly run virtually, with employees based in the Eastern Cape.
