Take-On Requirements
Action iT (Pty) Ltd has a proud tradition of service excellence and has pledged to continue the high standards that clients have become accustomed to. To this end we require the assistance of all our clients in complying with the new Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FICA) and other acts and regulations.
Before we are allowed to invest funds for our clients, they are required to comply with certain legal requirements.
Kindly refer to the checklist below to ensure that you have the appropriate documentation at hand when instructing Action iT (Pty) Ltd to make a cash investment on your behalf for the first time.
South African Resident

Foreign National

Partnership

Trust (SA)

Trust deed

Authorisation given by the Master of the High Court

TPCA to each trustee of the trust to act in that capacity

Other Legal Entity

All clients are also required to complete and sign our investment mandate and the Investec self certification documentation before an investment can be processed and by Action iT (Pty)Ltd on the Investec CCM system.
